Our aircraft

Jump In

Our long serving Robin DR400 has been sold by the owner. We are now operating a recently rebuilt Cessna 150.

Our members often fly to other parts of Scotland for lunch! We have been spotted flying into Campbeltown, Oban, Islay and many other airfields...even Dundee, which is only eight miles away!

Booking the aircraft

easy, peasy...

For convenience, this is done online utilising the e-allocator booking system. This allows you to see aircraft availability, enabling you to book a time suitable for you (and an instructor if required).

The booking system is also used to notify members of other activities eg flight safety events.

About Us

Committed to excellence in recreational flying

Leuchars Flying Club operates out of the former Royal Air Force station of that name, now home to the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards. The airfield is still active as a diversionary landing field for the RAF and home to East of Scotland Universities Air Squadron and 12 Air Experience Flight.
